WORKFLOW
From CAD to photorealistic visuals — predictable, repeatable, scalable.
Short: We turn your CAD into production-ready renders with consistent angles, lighting and metal variations.
STEP 01 — CAD model & technical alignment
Input analysis and production planning
The first step after receiving your CAD model (FBX, OBJ, STL) is a detailed technical review.
Most jewelry CAD files are originally created for manufacturing and casting, where final refinement happens manually on the production stage. For photorealistic visualization, this requires a different approach.
At this stage, we analyze the model and align all technical and visual details before production begins.
- Which elements are technical and should be removed or refined
- Presence and placement of logo or branding elements
- Shape, size, and style of prongs holding the stones
- Stone setting type, seat depth, and mounting height
- Other critical micro-details affecting realism
Once all technical parameters are approved, we proceed to model refinement.
STEP 02 — Physically accurate model refinement
Rebuilding CAD into a realistic jewelry model
This is the most critical stage of the entire process.
Our goal is to create a physically correct model that behaves like a real piece of jewelry under light — and in many cases looks even better than the manufactured item.
We carefully rebuild and refine the model, accounting for all real-world jewelry nuances and production logic.
- Simulate real soldering between elements so the model looks hand-assembled by a jeweler
- Smooth and round all edges (no unrealistic sharp angles)
- Correct stone placement, proportions, and prong geometry
- Add logo engraving or branding elements if required
- Refine micro-details that dramatically improve realism
After client approval of the final model, we move to rendering.
STEP 03 — Rendering, look development & post-production
Final visual tuning and premium output
At this stage, we align all visual parameters related to rendering and final appearance.
Since gold alloys and gemstones have a wide range of colors and optical properties, precise tuning is essential to match your brand and product vision.
- Metal color and tone (yellow, white, rose — warmth and shade)
- Gemstone brightness, sparkle intensity, refraction, and dispersion
- Lighting setup and reflections
- Background color and contrast
- Camera angles, framing, and animation movement (if applicable)
After final approval, we proceed with rendering and post-production, including fine AFX adjustments — delivering premium, publication-ready visuals for marketing, e-commerce, and catalogs.
PRICING LOGIC
Clear scope → predictable budget. We quote based on complexity, deliverables, and volume
Input Quality
CAD-ready files are faster. Images-only requests require additional reconstruction work.
Model Complexity
Stone count, micro-details, engravings, pavé density, and construction intricacy.
Deliverables Package
Animations, still angles, metal variations, formats, resolution, background type.
Consistency Requirements
Fixed camera angles, lighting matching, brand look development across the whole collection.
Volume (Batch Size)
Larger batches reduce setup cost per SKU and improve turnaround efficiency.
Revisions & Approvals
Number of review rounds and change scope after approval.
Batch projects scale efficiently: once the standard is approved, production runs faster and more consistently.

Share your CAD + desired deliverables — we’ll confirm scope and production timeline.
Quality & Consistency at Detail Level
Macro-level renders demonstrate not only visual quality, but the consistency of materials, stone settings, and finishing across the entire collection.
These close-up renders are not selected highlights.
They represent the same quality standard applied uniformly across every SKU in a batch project.
- Identical metal response and polish across all pieces
- Consistent stone brilliance, dispersion, and setting geometry
- Uniform detailing from macro shots to full product views
NDA & Confidentiality
Your CAD files, designs, and product data stay private. We support NDA and follow a controlled, production-safe workflow for every batch.
Portfolio usage only with written approval.
Confidential by default
- NDA available upon request (we can sign your standard agreement).
- Files are used only for production and are never shared with third parties.
- Access is restricted to the production team assigned to your project.
- Deliverables and source files are archived and handled according to your policy (on request)
Need an NDA?
We can sign an NDA before receiving any source files.
If you would like to review our standard NDA template, please contact us and we will provide it upon request.
Controlled Access
Only assigned specialists can access your project files.
NDA-Friendly Workflow
We work under NDA and follow your confidentiality requirements.
No Reuse Policy
Your designs are never reused for other clients.
Approved Publishing Only
We do not publish renders or CAD assets without written permission.

Pricing assumptions:
- CAD-ready models (production or visualization optimized)
- No geometry reconstruction from images
- Approved reference standards before batch production
- One unified setup per batch (camera, lighting, materials)
- Standard revision scope (as defined in the quote)
Important:
- All prices are indicative and provided for reference only.
- Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing CAD files, project scope, and batch requirements.
- Complexity, file condition, revision scope, and additional deliverables may affect the final quote.
Note: Projects requiring CAD reconstruction or image-only references are quoted individually.

FAQ
General
What type of clients do you work with?
We work with fine jewelry brands, manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, and marketing teams that require consistent, high-end visuals for collections and large product catalogs.
Do you work worldwide?
Yes. We operate as a fully remote studio and work with clients worldwide.
Do you specialize only in batch projects?
Batch projects are our core focus, as they allow us to ensure consistency, efficiency, and predictable results across collections. However, single-piece projects are also possible.
Files & Input
What file formats do you accept?
We accept CAD files in STL, OBJ, FBX formats.
If CAD is not available, we can work from reference images, but this requires additional modeling work.
Can you work only from photos or sketches?
Yes, but image-only projects involve reconstruction and therefore have a different scope and pricing compared to CAD-ready files.
Do you need production-ready CAD files?
Not necessarily. Many CAD models are created for casting and require refinement for visual realism — which is part of our workflow.
Workflow & Revisions
How does your workflow look?
Our process includes:
CAD review & technical alignment
Physically accurate modeling
Render setup, rendering & post-production
Each stage includes approval before moving forward.
How many revision rounds are included?
The number of revision rounds is clearly defined in the quote. Minor adjustments are typically included; major changes after approval may require additional time.
Can changes be made after the final approval?
Yes, but any changes after approval are treated as a new scope and quoted separately.
Rendering & Quality
How accurate are your materials and stones?
All materials are physically based. Metal colors, stone behavior, dispersion, reflections, and refractions are carefully tuned to match real-world jewelry.
Can metal colors and stone appearance be customized?
Absolutely. We can fine-tune metal tones, brightness, reflections, stone sparkle, dispersion, and overall visual mood.
Do you match existing brand visuals?
Yes. We can match existing lighting, camera angles, and brand style to ensure visual continuity across collections.
Pricing & Batches
What affects the final price?
Pricing depends on:
Input quality (CAD vs images)
Model complexity
Deliverables (animations, angles, formats)
Batch size
Revision scope
Are batch projects more cost-effective?
Yes. Once the visual standard is approved, batch production significantly reduces setup time and cost per SKU.
Do you provide fixed pricing?
Yes. Every quote includes a clearly defined scope, timeline, and number of revision rounds.
Delivery & Usage
What formats do you deliver?
We deliver optimized files suitable for web, e-commerce, social media, and marketing platforms. Formats and resolutions are agreed in advance.
How are files delivered?
Files are delivered via secure cloud storage, organized by SKU, angle, and metal color.
Can we use the renders for commercial purposes?
Yes. All final renders can be used for commercial purposes as agreed in the contract.
Confidentiality & NDA
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. NDA-friendly workflow is a standard part of our process.
Can you sign our NDA before receiving files?
Absolutely. We can sign your NDA before receiving any source files.
Do you reuse client models or renders?
No. We never reuse client assets. All projects are treated as strictly confidential.
